What you contribute and what we take on
Your effort is small. You bring the process, the needed access and some sample data. The strategy call and a short alignment slot are usually enough to start the first workflow. We take on the rest, the setup, the build, the testing and the handover. Whoever wants to build on afterwards gets trained by us. Whoever prefers to hand over operations gets it as ongoing support. Both paths are open, and we say honestly which makes more sense for your starting point.

Automation without measurement is a promise without proof. So before building we record how long a task takes by hand today and how often it occurs. After go-live we compare that with the automated flow. That gives you a solid number showing what the workflow actually saves. How long until the first workflow?
A clearly scoped workflow often runs in a few days. The self-hosted n8n setup is a one-time addition, after which it goes faster. We deliberately start small and running so you see real value early instead of waiting long for a big result.
What do we need to prepare?
Little. You bring the process, the needed access and some sample data. The strategy call and a short alignment slot are usually enough. We handle the technical setup, the build and the testing, you need no prior knowledge for it.
Can we continue on our own after the first workflow?
Yes. We hand over with documentation and train your team on request so you can make small changes and new workflows yourselves. Because n8n is fair-code licensed (source available) and self-hosted, the solution is yours, there is no lock-in.
What if we prefer to hand over operations?
Then we take them on as ongoing support. We monitor the workflows, react to errors and adjust them when processes change. That way you get the benefit of automation without having to keep it running yourselves.
