An AI automation agency is measured by whether a process runs at the end. There is enough advice, slides and concepts. What is missing is the delivery that turns a whiteboard workflow into a running n8n flow. That is our role. EU self-hosting and GDPR as the base
Automation almost always touches real data, customer data, invoices, internal documents. That is why self-hosting is our default, not the exception. n8n runs on your server in Germany or the EU, data does not leave your control without reason. Where a cloud component makes sense we pick EU regions and document the processing. Since 02.02.2025, Art. 4 of the EU AI Act requires competent and traceable use of AI anyway. We build that way from the start.

The first workflow is almost always something still done by hand today. E-commerce teams automate their weekly reporting and creative prep. Sales routes leads from the form straight into the CRM and lets an agent enrich them. Finance reads invoices and pre-posts them. HR pre-sorts applications and answers standard questions.
