AI automation that saves hours and becomes a product.

AI automation takes recurring manual work off your team and turns your processes into a product of their own. We connect workflow tools like n8n with AI agents that also handle unstructured tasks, research, replies, data upkeep, reporting. The first workflow runs in days, not months.

The outcome is concrete. Hours saved per week, less manual work, a running result instead of a presentation. And if you want, the journey does not end at automation, it ends at a testable AI MVP you can validate in the market. All GDPR-aware and, where wanted, self-hosted in the EU.

What you gain

Teams lose hours every week to copy-paste, to manual reporting, to research that always runs the same way. AI automation brings that time back. An agent pulls the data, a workflow routes leads, a second one answers standard requests in the right tone. You get fewer errors through less handwork, faster turnaround and processes that run at night too. The benefit is measurable because we record how long a task takes today and then show what is left.

From workflow to product.

Stage 01

Workflow automation with n8n

The entry point is almost always a recurring process a person still does by hand. With n8n plus AI we turn it into a workflow that handles the task on its own. Read and post invoices, route leads from the form into the CRM, generate reports automatically every week, pre-sort support requests. n8n runs self-hosted on your server in Germany or the EU so the data stays with you. We use Make and other stacks where they fit better.

Stage 02

AI agents instead of rigid rules

Classic automation ends where a task becomes unstructured. A form with fixed fields maps to a rule, a free-form email does not. This is where AI agents come in. They read context, make decisions and phrase answers. A research agent gathers and condenses information, a reporting agent builds a readable update from raw data, a support agent answers recurring questions from your own documents. The agents work in the same n8n flow as the rest of the automations.

Stage 03

From workflow to your own AI MVP

This is our differentiator. Many automations contain the core of a product without anyone noticing. If your internal reporting agent is good enough that customers want it too, we turn it into an AI MVP. A running product built from your own processes that you can validate in the market. The path runs from the automated workflow through a first prototype to a minimum viable product that real users operate. Saved time becomes a new revenue channel.

The honest difference is the ceiling. Classic RPA clicks through interfaces by fixed rules and breaks as soon as something changes. AI automation understands the content of a task and stays more robust. And it does not stop at the automated process. The same effort you would put into a rigid rule chain we invest into a flow that can grow into a product later. The full comparison is on Services and in Phase 1C on AI automation vs.

Process

The path to the first running workflow is short and clear. We start with a strategy call where we look at the processes that eat the most time. Then we pick the first use case together, build the workflow, test it on real data and hand it over with documentation. Whoever wants to keep going moves to the next stage, more agents or the MVP track. Details on How your AI automation runs.

Compliance

EU AI Act

Since 02.02.2025, Art. 4 of the EU AI Act requires AI competence in the company. Anyone introducing AI automation should do it documented and compliant. We build with data protection and traceability in mind from the start, self-hosted in the EU where the data calls for it.

FAQ

What is AI automation?

AI automation connects workflow tools like n8n with AI to handle tasks on their own, including unstructured ones. Instead of rigid rules, AI agents take over research, replies, data upkeep or reporting. The next step is your own AI MVP, a validatable product from your processes, GDPR-aware and self-hosted in the EU where wanted.

What does AI automation cost?

We do not quote flat prices because every process is scoped differently. In the strategy call we look at the first use case and record transparently the effort behind it and the realistic time saved. That gives you a plannable basis instead of a number without context.

Do you use n8n or Make?

Both, case by case. n8n is our default because it can run self-hosted in the EU, keeping data with you. We use Make when a ready integration gets there faster. The choice follows data protection, existing systems and speed.

Is it GDPR-aware and self-hosted?

Yes. n8n runs self-hosted on your own infrastructure in Germany or the EU, data does not leave your control without reason. Where a cloud component makes sense we pick EU regions and document the processing. Data protection is part of the build, not an afterthought.

How fast is the first workflow live?

A clearly scoped workflow often runs in a few days when data and access exist. We deliberately build small and running so you see real value early, then build out from there.

What is an AI MVP?

An AI MVP is a minimum viable product that grows out of an automation. When an internal workflow or agent is useful enough that others could need it, we turn it into a lean, running product that real users operate and you validate in the market.

How much maintenance does it need?

Less than classic RPA. AI automations do not break as easily when an interface changes because they understand the content. We hand over with documentation and monitoring so you catch errors early. On request we run it for you, otherwise we train your team.
