ServiceWhy our MVP development starts from automation
From automated workflow to AI MVP in weeks.
MVP development means building a minimum viable product, a running product with exactly the features that matter for the first market test. Our path there is different because it rarely starts from zero. Many teams already have an automation that contains the core of a product without anyone seeing it as one. An internal reporting agent, a clever workflow, a bot on their own documents. When that core is good enough that others want it too, we turn it into an AI MVP. That saves time because the logic already runs and is validated.
Section 01
What sets an AI MVP apart from a prototype
A prototype shows an idea is technically possible. An MVP is a real product, lean but usable by real users, with the one feature that matters. In an AI MVP the AI sits at the core, an agent that handles a task on its own, wrapped in an interface a user can operate. We deliberately do not build the whole thing but the smallest sensible slice you can use to learn in the market whether it holds. Everything further follows from real user feedback, not from assumptions.
Section 02
The path from workflow to product
The path has clear stages. First there is an automation that runs internally and creates value. Then we check whether a product sits inside it, whether there is a market and a willing-to-pay user. If yes, we define the smallest feature set for a real test. We build the MVP with modern tools, often Lovable for the interface and n8n plus AI for the logic behind it, self-hosted in the EU where the data calls for it. Then it goes live to first users, and their feedback shapes the roadmap. Saved time becomes a new revenue channel.
MVP development from automation vs. classic dev shop
| Criterion | Classic dev shop | MVP development from automation |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | greenfield | existing, running logic |
| Time to test | months | weeks |
| AI at the core | often retrofitted | from the start |
| Data protection | setup-dependent | EU self-hosting possible |
| Risk | high, much upfront build | low, smallest test scope |
A classic dev shop usually starts greenfield and builds a lot before anything is testable. That costs months and ties up budget before the market had an opinion. Our path flips that. Because the logic already runs as an automation and has proven itself, the way to the first real market test shrinks to weeks. You build the smallest sensible slice, learn fast and only invest in scope once real users show it holds.

Process
Meant as a timeline, from the automation core to your own product.
-
Step 01 · 45 minutes
Strategy call
We check the automation core for product potential. (Duration: 30 to 45 minutes. Output: product hypothesis)
-
Step 02
Define the MVP scope
We set the one feature that counts. (Duration: short. Output: clear scope)
-
Step 03
Build
We build the MVP, often interface with Lovable, logic with n8n plus AI. (Duration: weeks. Output: working MVP)
-
Step 04
Go live with first users
We go live and gather real feedback. (Duration: ongoing. Output: first usage)
-
Step 05
Sharpen the roadmap
Feedback shapes the roadmap, operation on request. (Duration: ongoing. Output: product with a roadmap)

FAQ
What is MVP development?
MVP development is building a minimum viable product, a running product with exactly the features that matter for the first market test. The goal is to learn fast and with little risk whether an idea holds, instead of building blind for months. For us the MVP often grows out of an existing automation.
How fast is an AI MVP ready?
In weeks, not months, when the logic already runs as an automation. Because the core is proven, we focus on interface, user flow and the smallest sensible feature set. How fast exactly depends on the scope we set together in the strategy call.
Do you also build full products, not just MVPs?
The MVP is the start, not the end. From market test and user feedback the roadmap grows and we build the next features. We deliberately start small so you learn early and scale scope only once real users show it is worth it.
Does the MVP stay GDPR-aware and self-hosted?
Yes, where the data calls for it. The logic runs in n8n plus AI, self-hosted in the EU, with the interface built to match. Where a cloud component makes sense we pick EU regions and document the processing. Data protection is part of the build from the start.
